PJ Systems Fix provides telephone equipment and systems installation, repair, and maintenance services for residential and business clients. Our services include, but are not limited to, phone jack installation, phone line troubleshooting, business phone system installation and maintenance, network cabling, intercom system installation, and equipment repair.
All services are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
When you schedule a service appointment with us, we will make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time. However, due to the nature of our business, appointment times are approximate and subject to change based on prior service calls and unforeseen circumstances.
If we are unable to keep an appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at a mutually convenient time. Similarly, we request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or for "no-show" appointments where no one is available at the service location during the scheduled time.
We provide estimates for our services based on the information provided to us and our assessment of the work required. All estimates are subject to change if additional issues are discovered during the service visit or if the scope of work changes.
Our pricing is based on our current service rates, which may change from time to time. Prices quoted in estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
For certain services, we charge a service call fee that covers the initial diagnosis and travel time. This fee may be applied toward the cost of the service if you proceed with the work.
Payment for our services is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments.
For business customers with approved credit, we offer invoicing with net-30 payment terms. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and/or collection fees.
For larger projects, we may require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon completion.
Any returned checks or chargebacks will incur an additional fee to cover our costs.
We warrant our workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of service. This warranty covers issues related to the specific work performed but does not cover issues caused by normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, or factors outside our control.
Equipment and parts installed by us carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we will assist you in processing if issues arise.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us as soon as the issue is discovered. We will assess the problem and make necessary repairs or adjustments in accordance with this warranty.
